CD Review: Every year I meet a lot of singer/songwriters who are good. Many of them are really good. Few of them have great natural songwriting talent. Eoin Harrington belongs to that few. His vocal and guitar performance at the 2006 West Coast Songwriters Conference of "Never Be Lonely," a tender tender song about a man making a bid for the affections of his love interest, not only place him on another level, but in another dimension - one that requires an elusive blend of magnetism, personality, and sex appeal. Eoin has all of those qualities and some to spare.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland and now a Bay Area resident, Eoin has mastered the craft of songwriting. Of course like all of the greats, he feels that he has room for improvement, but the buzz that he has generated with minimal performances, is noteworthy in a market that has a singer/songwriter/guitarist on every street corner. What makes Eoin different? His ability to write a song the connects with the listener and tells a story simultaneously.

Vocally, his sincerity is palpable, and lyrically, he is very endearing. With lyrics like "I will respect you, love and protect you..." you can bet that he will have a devoted following of females fans. Blessed with undeniable talent and charm, Eoin is the kind of singer/songwriter/musician/performer who can seduce your girlfriend while you sit with your arm around her at a show. With skills like that, I'm sure that he will never be lonely and will be pursued by many labels in the near future.

Advice: Set up industry showcases after you record product. You're the kind of artist that people will want a piece of so be prepared to give it to them.
