CD Review:
Young love is First Love, a pop ballad group providing beat to the promise of ever-lasting 'hey girl' harmony. In fact, 'hey girl' is the first thing you'll hear on the cd. That'll tell you where it's going. Think NSYNC in the direction of 'More Better Days', and a spot of updated New Kids on the Block for the 'Freaky' hit. Hope you like 'Freaky' because you're getting 3 extra mixes of it at the end of the 50+ minute cd. It's certainly worthy of a Hit Single. Combine dance and soul with white faces and teen heartthrob bounce, and you're ready for your First Love. Of course if you're a pre-college girl who knows what a lonely Saturday night feels like, you're going to ruin the groove in the cd around the 'Perfect Boyfriend' area. Why? Well, it's slow, sexual healing, a harmony of several guys counting the ways to being your perfect boyfriend, low on instrumentation, heavy on small rhythm and needful promise. You'll cry, you'll become an instant fan, you'll finally meet your matches.
