After walking away from a budding career in Europe and Russia it's now a new soul beginning with a new single for Barth Beasley. Being the first American to win the Voice of Asia for Best Song and Performer made it even more of a tough decision, but his family's needs came first, and he says he doesn't regret anything.

Upon his return to his hometown of Battle Creek, MI, Beasley teamed up with Emmy Award winning and Grammy nominated producer Allan Phillips (writer/producer of the soundtrack for the PBS program "Grannies on Safari" and producer for Eva Ayllon's acclaimed Kimba Fá album) and together they recorded "Run On To Detroit" (which is now available on the 50 West Music label)

For the "Run On To Detroit" single recording sessions, Allan brought in a cast of great touring/studio musicians including legendary drummer Tiki Pasillas. Tiki has performed and recorded with many jazz, pop and Latin greats including Marc Anthony, Carlos Santana, Michael Jackson and Destiny's Child.

Reconnecting the dot's between rock, soul, pop and neo-soul the Michigan singer/pianist/ composer's new single "Run On To Detroit" and the 14 song CD in preproduction is just a taste of his roots growing up against the odds in the town known as Cereal City. Barth's currently available for interviews and appearances. His EPK is available upon request to all members of the media (just use the media contact information provided below).
